Are You In-Stock?

This is a very low-tech store, and inventory counts are tabulated by hand. There is however a good chance if the item is on the site, it’s in stock. Since we are human, if we miscounted we’ll e-mail right away to inform you. We don’t backorder items.

Shipping Cost & Non-USA Orders Please read carefully

If shipping to a non-USA address you must place the order before we can provide a shipping quote. Once we get the order, we’ll pack and weigh it and send you an e-mail with the costs. At that time, you can decide if the order makes sense. If it does not, we can cancel the order.

Orders to Europe, Asia, Canada, etc.

We are happy to ship globally and these orders will be shipped via US Postal. The shipping cost for international orders will not be automatically added to your shopping cart total. The domestic freight charges will be added, but your rates for international orders will differ from the amount in the cart.

When you place an order from a non-US address, we’ll pack it, weigh it, and e-mail shipping costs. Since this will happen after your order has been processed, if you decide to cancel the order, we will issue an immediate refund. We can’t offer a shipping quote before you place an order.

Checks, Money Orders

At this point, we will only be processing orders online and cannot accept over the phone or orders paid by check or money order. Sorry, man.

Returns
We will accept returns and issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on items that have been altered or obviously used. Returns for defective items will be evaluated on a case by case basis and if the item is deemed to be defective we will repair or refund your money at our option. We work on the honor system here and our ultimate mission is to ensure happiness, but we would prefer not to be horn swaggled.

Sale items are not returnable unless obviously defective.

Please insure your return package. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
